I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant serving guests of Milling Hotel Windsor during my stay, and I must say, the culinary experience was nothing short of delightful. As a marine biologist with an affinity for sustainable seafood dining, I was pleasantly surprised by the innovative dishes that incorporated fresh, local ingredients.The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. As I indulged in the offerings, I couldn't help but appreciate the thoughtful presentation and flavors that highlighted the region's culinary prowess.Additionally, the 24-hour reception selling snacks and other items was a convenient touch, offering a selection of treats for any craving. The option to sip a refreshing drink from the welcoming lounge bar added a touch of relaxation to my dining experience.Although breakfast was a bit average, the sumptuous breakfast served on-site made for a decent start to the day. The culinary experience at Milling Hotel Windsor was a highlight of my trip, offering a taste of Danish cuisine that left me craving for more.
